Price changes 1 April 2025

There will be print price changes in all markets for books printed by Lightning Source. Although many categories will see a price increase, some categories will see a price decrease. The changes are available in the pricing calculator on this website.

So what now?

• Log in to your account
• Go to your bookshelf, select your title and review pricing to see your new print cost and royalty
• If your royalty has reduced, you may wish to increase your list price
• Email contact@wordzworth.com with any changes and we will update them for you

UK and Australia price changes 18 March 2023

• UK print prices increased by 5% for both paperbacks and hardbacks
• Australian print prices increased by 8% for both paperbacks and hardbacks

UK price changes 12 October 2022

• UK print prices increased by 4.9% for both paperbacks and hardbacks

Price changes 18 July 2022

• US print prices increased by around 8% for paperbacks and 6% for hardbacks
• UK print prices increased by around 10% for paperbacks and hardbacks
• Australian print prices increased by around 9% for paperbacks and 3% for hardbacks
• Increases for premium colour books were lower, at up to 3%
• The minimum global wholesale discount for new titles is 30%. We no longer accept new titles with a wholesale discount below 40%, and older titles below 30% are excluded from distribution.
