Promo book graphics

Promo book graphics are the images that help sell your book as opposed to those that go inside it. So that's things like 3D covers, square social images, banners, posters and flyers.

Once your book is finished, there finally comes a moment where you stop working on the book itself and start telling people about it. That usually means images, lots of them. A 3D cover for your website, something square for Instagram, a banner for your author page, a poster for a conference.

Luckily, if we've designed the book, we're not starting from scratch. We have the font, colors and all the artwork choices that made the book look like your book in the first place.

3D book cover images

There's something about seeing an actual book shape wrapped in your cover that suddenly makes it all feel real. You get to see the front, the spine, the thickness of the book, even a glimpse of the pages. It's now something you could pick up, not just a flat piece of artwork.

We can create 3D images for your current book. And add in older titles too if you want to display a series. These are great for websites, "other books in the series" pages and social media, where a snapshot of the front is just too flat and lifeless. All of this only really works if the cover's strong to begin with, so if you're not there yet, that's where our book cover design service comes in.

Digital graphics for websites

Unfortunately, one nice cover image is rarely enough. Instagram wants something square, websites need something long and thin, then you need a different shape altogether for an email. But simply dropping the same cover into every space usually looks awkward.

We have all the original artwork so we can keep pulling things apart and put them back together to your heart's content.

Posters and flyers

In order to hand something to people, you'll need to print it. Flyers are great for a conference or a talk, maybe a larger poster is better for a book signing.

Again, we have all the source artwork, so this doesn't have to become a whole new design project. We take the bits we have and turn them into something that does the job at a glance.

Yes, the tools are coming... This would be an amazing add-on for self-publishing customers, but the costs for this have always been a little out of reach. AI tools are about to change that.

But we don't want to offer something gimmicky, so we won't be offering this as a service until we're totally happy with it. Watch this space.
