1.1
All personal information supplied to Wordzworth
Ltd will be kept private and confidential.
1.2
Wordzworth Ltd appreciates that documents sent
to us may contain sensitive information.
These documents will be kept safely, securely and confidentially.

If you communicate with us, we may retain this
correspondence to improve our products, services, and this website.

Liability
2.1
Neither Wordzworth Ltd nor the Customer shall be
liable or deemed in breach of the Contract should failure to act be due to a
cause beyond reasonable control. This
includes, but is not limited to;
2.1.1
Acts of God, Explosion, Flood, Tempest, Fire or
Accident
2.1.2
War, Threat of War, Sabotage, Insurrection,
Disturbance or Requisition
2.1.3
Acts, Restrictions, Regulations, Bye-Laws,
Prohibitions
2.1.4
Import or Export Regulations or Embargoes
2.1.5
Strikes, Lock-Outs, or other Industrial Actions
or Trade Disputes
2.1.6
Difficulties in obtaining Labour, Raw Materials
or Machinery
2.1.7
Power Failure or Breakdown in Machinery
2.2
Wordzworth Ltd provides a Document Finishing
Service following instructions provided by the Customer. We take no responsibility for the subsequent
outcome of the document whether a student submits it for grading, a business
distributes it to customers or an individual sends it to their publishers.
2.3
Wordzworth Ltd does not proof-read your
document. We will spell-check and
correct obvious grammatical errors as a courtesy only.
2.4
Wordzworth Ltd reserves the right to refuse to
finish a document where the content is deemed unsuitable or the deadline cannot
be met.

Price
3.1
When pressing the Accept button on the Price
Quotation page, the Customer agrees to both the price displayed in their Price
Quotation and these Wordzworth Terms and Conditions.
3.2
If the Customer wishes to revise any of the
finishing instructions they must notify Wordzworth Ltd via email as soon as
possible. Wordzworth Ltd shall endeavour
to make any required changes and any additional cost shall be charged to the
Customer.
3.3
Our quoted prices are all inclusive and there
are no hidden charges.
3.4
Wordzworth Ltd may offer a price discount and
invoicing arrangement to customers with whom they have an ongoing partnership.

Payment
4.1
Wordzworth Ltd does not receive Customer payment
information.
4.2
Payments to Wordzworth Ltd are made securely
using Paypal Payments Pro and are thus subject to the Paypal terms and
conditions.
4.3
Finished documents will be locked in order to
allow the Customer to view before payment.
4.4
Any Customer who has received a finished
document to view before payment and does not respond within a week will be
considered as defaulting on their payment agreement and investigated.
