1. Should I send my files via the Price Quotation page or as an email attachment?

   This one's up to you. The Quotation Request Form offers a simple and structured way to provide all your details, you can securely attach any file up to 40Mb in size and you will automatically see a screen confirming successful upload. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can simply email your files along with your contact details, formatting instructions and deadline to contact@wordzworth.com.

2. Can you handle any type of file?

   At Wordzworth we format documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and LaTeX. We can also produce final documents as a PDF. If your original document has been created in one of these formats, that's perfect. If not, send us your documents and we will let you know if we can handle it.

3. I have a very tight deadline, can you format my document in time?

   Just make it clear that your document is urgent and we will let you know immediately how long before the deadline we can return it. We want you to be delighted with the speed and quality of our service. If you would like more details simply Contact Us to discuss your requirements.

4. What if I have some last minute alterations?

   The short answer is Contact Us to let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate you. We know what it's like working to tight deadlines and we're here to help you have a document you can be really proud of. Minor alterations incur no additional charge whilst for more substantial changes we will first issue a replacement quotation for you to accept.

5. How do you keep my details confidential?

   Here at Wordzworth we often deal with highly sensitive information and we take confidentiality extremely seriously. We enable secure uploads via our quotation page, access to your documents is limited to Wordzworth staff and associates whilst your details and documents are never disclosed to third parties. 6. What Quality checks do you apply?

   Once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed, your document is assigned to a member of the Wordzworth team. It is then independently checked by a Wordzworth Quality Assurer before being signed off and emailed for you to review.

7. Is there a discount for large volumes?

   Our Price List has been designed to offer top quality finishing at the lowest possible price for our customers. Discounts may be negotiated for regular customers and large volume orders.

8. When do I pay for my document formatting?

   We don’t ask you to pay anything until you have reviewed your finished document and are completely happy. At this stage we send a protected version that cannot be edited or printed by you. Once payment has been received, an unlocked and unrestricted version will be available to you.

9. Is PayPal safe?

   PayPal have gained global recognition for their easy to use and secure financial payments service. You can pay for the Wordzworth Service using your PayPal account or simply with any Credit/Debit card. Wordzworth is not involved in this financial transaction and do not see any sensitive financial information.
